Steel structure warehouse is a new type of light steel structure building system formed from a main steel framework comprised of H section, Z section and U section steel components, the roof and walls utilizing a variety of panels and other components such as windows, doors, and cranes.The resulting structure lasts for a long time, is able to bear considerable amounts of load.steel structures are known for their longevity.
Steel structure warehouse materials component
1. Type: Double slope or multi -slope ; Single span or multi-span; Single floor or multi floors
2. Base: Concrete and steel foundation bolts.
3. Column and beam: Material Q345 or Q235 steel, all bolts connection ,straight cross-section or variable cross-section
4. Bracing: X or V or other type bracing made from angle , round pipe etc.
5. C or Z purlin: Size from C100~C320,Z160~Z300
6. Roof and wall panel:
* Single colorful corrugated steel sheet, thickness: 0.326~0.6mm.
* Sandwich panel with EPS, ROCK WOOL , PU etc insulation, thickness around 50mm~150mm.
7. Accessories: Skylight, ventilators, downpipe, gutter etc...
8. Surface of steels: Paint or hot dip galvanized
